Monday

3–5 Sets with 3–8 Reps of

  • Goblet Squat
  • KB Press
  • KB Row
  • AB wheel rollout

Tuesday

  • Run, walk, skip rope or home yoga.

Wednesday

  • 5 × 10 KB Swings

Thursday

  • Run, walk, skip rope or home yoga.

Friday

3–5 Sets with 3–8 Reps

  • Heavy Kettlebell Deadlifts
  • Push-ups
  • Pull Ups
  • AB wheel rollout

Saturday

  • Run, walk, skip rope or home yoga.
